text-align: center;">Cake that was donated to Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC.</div><br /><div style="text-align: center;">Red velvet cake, cream cheese icing filling, buttercream and fondant accents.</div><br />&nbsp; <br />Baking lessons were learned this weekend. I am not a trained baker so sometimes I just learn things the hard way... haha. Lesson number 1: Don't EVER EVER travel with a cake already tiered. I actually saw this go wrong twice this weekend. End result was liveable.
